Accessibility Audit Notebook is a PanGalactic local workspace for reviewing accessibility notes, pasted HTML fragments, imported audit files, color contrast values, checklist state, issue notes, and generated reports. The app can access only the information that you type, paste, import, or create inside the browser workspace. This may include HTML samples, page notes, color tokens, WCAG findings, remediation tasks, exported JSON, CSV, or Markdown reports, and local settings such as theme or surface mode.
That information is used to process the audit requested by the user: rendering the notebook, checking contrast and checklist state, organizing issue groups, generating reports, and preparing user-initiated exports. The app does not use the content for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
Audit content is stored on this device only when the browser local storage or saved workspace controls are used. You can clear the current notebook in the app, remove saved browser site data, delete exported files from your device, or choose not to download a report.
Processing runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or web page. The app does not intentionally upload audit content to a PanGalactic server. Microsoft Store, the browser, operating system, hosting provider, and your email client may process data you choose to send through their own interfaces.
PanGalactic does not sell, rent, or disclose your audit content to third parties. If you email support, you control what details are shared; avoid sending private customer pages unless you intentionally choose to include them for troubleshooting.
