Accessibility Audit Notebook Privacy Policy
Accessibility Audit Notebook is a PanGalactic workspace for static HTML accessibility review. The product identity and support contact is PanGalactic at valentinojavi94@gmail.com.
The app can access only information that you type, paste, import, or create inside its browser workspace. This can include audit and page-state names, HTML snapshots, axe-core findings, selectors and snippets, finding owners and decisions, manual-test evidence, immutable run history, comparison results, exported JSON/CSV/Markdown reports, and theme settings.
The HTML snapshot is sanitized before rendering: imported scripts, frames, plugins, forms actions, event-handler attributes, navigation targets, and remote resources are disabled. The pinned same-origin axe-core engine evaluates the resulting static rendered DOM. The app does not use audit content for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
Audit content is stored on this device only when the browser local storage or saved workspace controls are used. You can clear the current notebook in the app, remove saved browser site data, delete exported files from your device, or choose not to download a report.
Processing runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or web page. Audit snapshots and run history are not intentionally sent to a PanGalactic processing service. Microsoft Store, the browser, operating system, hosting provider, downloaded-file destination, and your email client may process data you choose to send through their own interfaces.
PanGalactic does not sell, rent, or disclose your audit content to third parties. If you email support, you control what details are shared; avoid sending private customer pages unless you intentionally choose to include them for troubleshooting.
